چکیده
INTRODUCTION The authors present the long-term clinical outcomes of revision anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. aim was to compare surgical technique with respect within 3 years postoperatively. MATERIAL AND METHODS evaluation reconstructions performed at our department in 2002-2017 carried out. A total 82 patients were included study, male as well female patients. Apart from outcomes, associated procedures a consequence other injuries or damage intraarticular structures, such, potential complications reconstruction and causes failure studied. same criteria followed up all - range motion (ROM) operated knee, knee stability pivot shift test, instrumental Lachman test using Rolimeter, IKDC subjective form, Tegner Lysholm scores. RESULTS In group patients, involved use harmstring tendon autograft new graft for 43 BTB 25 cadaverous 14 24 cases, two-stage surgery performed. interval between first- second-stage procedure ranged 6 weeks months, median 62.4 days. During evaluation, no difference observed whether one-stage performed, therefore this is not reflected overall evaluation. resulted following mean values when comparing preoperative final postoperative findings: value form score 42 (30-62) preoperatively increased 77 (66-89) months. obtained 1 year 84 (73-93), 88 (79-100) 89 (78-100), respectively. followedup study population 63 preoperatively, which indicates clearly poor result. rose 71 (62-88) 79 (67-92) (67-94) year, again (66-95). متن کاملRehabilitation of Revision ACL Reconstruction
Reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is widely accepted as the treatment of choice for individuals with functional instability due to an ACLdeficient knee. It is estimated that anywhere between 60,000 and 75,000 ACL reconstructions are performed annually in the United States, although this number may be as high as 350,000. Despite the fact that nearly 90% of index ACL reconstr...

The Multicenter Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Revision Study (MARS) group was formed to study a large cohort of revision ACL reconstruction patients. The purpose of this subset analysis study of the MARS database is to describe specific details of femoral tunnel malposition and subsequent management strategies that surgeons chose in the revision setting. The design of this study is a case se...

Many clinicians believe that the results of revision anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction compare unfavorably with primary ACL reconstruction. However, few prospective studies have evaluated revision ACL reconstruction using validated patient-based metrics. This study was performed to evaluate and compare the results of revision ACL reconstruction and primary ACL reconstruction. The ...
